The Knowledge Analyst reviews and edits materials for punctuation and grammar.  Prepares relevant and innovative content.

  • Edits material for punctuation, grammar, and content.
  • Collaborates across IT Support Teams to increase knowledge share through creation or refinement of knowledge articles
  • Proactively seek opportunities to create knowledge articles that will assist Service Desk with resolving issues based on repeat calls from end-user
  • Identifies contextual errors within knowledge articles, reorganizes content for ease of readability, and edits graphics, tables, and illustrations.
  • Contributes to the effectiveness of Knowledge Management through continual process improvement and process socialization.
  • Collaborates with Knowledge Engineer to ensure the overall effectiveness of the Knowledge Management process and process improvement through metrics and reporting. 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Knowledge Analyst, Action experience, or Knowledge Manager experience.
  • Technical Writing experience

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
