At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Systems Integrator supporting the customer, you will be trusted to execute multi-faced programs that support dynamic mission sets. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Assessing and documenting current site network configuration
  • Developing migration project proposals with a clear plan of action, level of effort estimate, and delivery timeframe
  • Providing input on network design and implementation plans
  • Helping establish configuration management system(s)
  • Developing strategic working relationships with partnership offices and components
  • Engaging with the team on project execution
  • Creating and delivering program and project artifacts and deliverables
  • Supporting customer and program strategic and tactical planning activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years related experience in a Systems Integrator role or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with AWS cloud services or cloud native application development processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cloud migration approaches and patterns
  • Demonstrated experience with accreditation requirements and standards, including creation of required documentation
  • Demonstrated experience using software development project management software, specifically JIRA
  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated ability to identify technology gaps in current capabilities and processes
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Intelligence Community data
  • Demonstrated familiarity with geospatial tools and applications
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications
  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge of the Sponsor’s Analysis mission needs and operations
  • Demonstrated experience working with the Sponsor’s Project Management framework

Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion.

Develops new functionality or updates the existing, to meet client needs.

Writes and updates project documentation including procedures, presentations, and training materials.

Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships.

Consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.

May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.

May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.

May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)

Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation.

Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of experience
