Collective Staff Trainers must understand MCIS, can coach, teach, and mentor Government counterparts on the utilization of assigned MCIS, and remain current with Army training doctrine and Unified Land Operations (ULO). Collective Staff Trainers will plan, coordinate, and prepare exercise directives, memorandums of instruction, training support packages (classroom and scenario), and after-action reports in support of Battalion and above level exercises. The collective planning team will conduct analysis of mission and program goals and exercise training objectives of importance to III Corps, FORSCOM, DA, and Combatant Commands.

The likely salary range for this position is $80,226 - $133,973, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
