  • Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
  • Install operate and maintain network and storage appliances
  • Install patches and perform system updates
  • Manage storage allocation space, and replication strategies
  • Analyze and resolve problems related to storage systems and network storage solutions
  • Troubleshoot and restore complex storage problems across the enterprise related to replication strategies and storage strategies across wide area networks
  • Recover data when required
  • Provide recommendations on storage upgrades and supports project integration as required
  • Understands and applies more advanced concepts and processes to daily activities
  • Assists more senior level technicians, specialists, and managers in their activities.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CI poly
  • 8570 Compliance, IAT Level II certification

Education and Experience

  • High School Degree + 6 years of experience
  • Associate Degree + 4 years of experience
  • Bachelor Degree  + 2 years of experience
  • Master Degree + 0 years of experience
  • PhD + 0 years of experience
