We are seeking a Business Administration Associate to join our team to remotely support Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Durable Medical Equipment contract activities. As a Business Administration Associate supporting the Release and Support Team, you will be trusted to manage and perform daily tasks critical to the contract. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow in areas such as project management and business process development. You will be part of a ten (10) person team supporting the daily workload and operations for one of CMS’ critical claims payment systems.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Communicating key project dates and milestones to the development and test teams.
• Produce and deliver reports for monitoring, controlling, and improving overall contract operations.
• Participating in business process discussions that support continual process improvement.
• Working on process improvement projects with your peers.
• Performing quality review of contract deliverables and create and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Assisting with the SharePoint document library and the maintenance of process artifacts.
• Collaborating and brainstorming with the team to solve issues and improve workflow.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0 – 1 year of related work experience
• Effective administrative and organizational skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work independently and on a team

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Associates in Project Management (CAPM)
• SharePoint administration experience
