Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day repair and warranty activities.
Acknowledges, documents, validates, and receives government property according to contractual and FAR requirements
Ensures GDIT and customer systems reflect accurate warranty periods for materials purchased and delivered to the customer
Provides warranty support for deployed customer equipment; serves as liaison between manufacturer and customer
Analyzes failure trends and repair analytics to ensure needed space parts and other materials are available for future repairs, elevate trends to internal and external groups as needed to improve equipment performance, and track costs for the overall repair process.
Perform cost-benefit analyses for deployed equipment that is inoperable within the field
Acknowledge and respond to all customer work orders within contractual requirements
Ensures all contractual service level agreements and performance metrics are tracked and reported accurately
Executes inventory control efforts for government-owned property utilized within repair and warranty operations
Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
