Our work depends on a Customer Advocate joining our team to support NASA activities at NASA Headquarters in Washington DC.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Customer Advocate supporting NASA, you will serve as the customer advocate, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service delivery at the NASA Centers and Facilities.  The Customer Advocate performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program and interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage, and sustain positive business relationships with consumers of CyPrESS solutions and services
  • Facilitate success for customer-facing requirements, changes, events, incidents, or problems
  • Assist with the planning of customer-facing services, features, and capabilities
  • Analyze customer requirements and emerging needs to anticipate and provide solutions
  • Help clients take full advantage of program offerings and maximize business growth opportunities
  • Develops project schedules to meet project requirements and determining resource requirements.
  • Develop or support development for products such as plans, processes, reports, briefs, training material, user guides
  • Provide scheduling and integration support as necessary
  • Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions. 
  • Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers.
  • Supports improvement and innovation efforts and initiatives as part of the Continual Service Improvement Process
  • Strengthen relationship and visibility with partners across the Agency and promote cybersecurity best practices and awareness

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client facing skills and experience desired
  • The selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation. US Citizenship is required. An existing security clearance or Public Trust is preferred.
