DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience

Designs and establishes configuration management documentation. Authorizes the release of drawings and changes specified by Program Management and other functional groups.

Provides advice and guidance on methods, procedures and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation. Integrates software, develops external interfaces, and maintains technical documentation. Designs and develops most aspects of data conversion. Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues.

Builds and develops application tables/panels/reports, and codes individual modules and complex functions for a client/server enterprise application. Develops tools/scripts to support and improve current build and release process and continuous integration and delivery initiatives.

Drives technology release strategy, execution, and improvements across development life cycle. Designs a pipeline that minimizes manual involvement and leads to continuous improvements. Collaborates with other departments to implement best practices for release tools and process and improve productivity. Ensures the integrity of builds and artifacts to support successful production releases.

Manages end-to-end availability, security, and performance of mission-critical release practices and environments. May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts. Performs additional duties as needed.

  • Cybersecurity configuration management
  • Software Configuration Management (SCM)
  • Agile development process – Tools (Jira, Confluence, Jenkins)
  • Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Projects
  • Hardware and Software Configuration Items
  • Quality Assurance / Quality Management (QA/QM)
  • Logistics Management
  • Distributed software development
  • System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
