We are currently seeking a RTC Administrator in Egg Harbor Township, NJ to join our team. In this role you will be a change agent by working on the TFM2 contract. TFM2 provides modernization and life cycle support of Information Technology infrastructure that host national implementation of the FAA's Traffic Flow Management (TFM) functionality. It also focuses on long term engineering services and the development of new functional enhancements that increase the capability of Traffic Flow Management.
Provide daily operational and maintenance support for IBM Rational Tool Suite
Manager users, users roles and workspaces within the Rational Tool Suite
Develops Queries & Reports using RTC Querying Tool and Dashboards
Supports and enforces existing RTC processes and workflows with the project teams and customer to enhance and develop new processes
Perform establishment and maintenance of CM packaging tool(s) such as IBM Rational RTC and needed processes and procedures
Interface with DBAs, Application Administrators, System Administrators, Release Managers, Test Managers to accomplish project tasks
Monitor the Rational tools performing troubleshooting, tool integration, and problem resolution
Process source-code in RTC
Provide training to RTC users
Other duties as required
Bachelor’s degree( in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field is preferred) + 10yrs. related experience
Must have hands on experience with RTC
Must have hands on experience with IBM CLM
Must have experience with Rational Tools and the following components: DOORS, Team Concert and Jazz reporting services
Must have great communication skills
Must have great problem solving skills
Ability to work efficiently individually or in a team environment
