  • The office environment is fast paced and the Administrative Assistant (AA) will be supporting two program managers and 12 employees and support other programs and the front office

  • At times the AA will support instructors and help them set-up classrooms and assist the instructors wherever necessary. Works independently and has developed the knowledge of what is needed for each program

  • Works with front office budget/finance to ensure offsite facilities receive key information for residential training and use their portals to upload student information

  • Responsible for all accesses for the main office and conference rooms, some training classrooms as well

  • The AA is in charge of phone trees, check in check out of personnel

  • The AA shall ensure T &A's are completed every other week and completes them if necessary

  • Completes access requests for all scheduled speakers including at external facilities

  • The AA will assist with visa and passport requirements if requested by management

  • Attends weekly staff meetings

  • Takes minutes and disseminates

  • Arranges for guest speakers for the staff meetings when needed

  • Assists with All-Hands meetings as needed


  • The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

  • HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Hours are early morning (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM), with the flexibility of ao hour earlier or later

  • Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own

  • This position is on customer site
