The QA, Configuration and Metrics Analyst (QACM) is expected to assist with large, complex IT programs and organization and with analyzing information from multiple sources to compile a complete, holistic approach to quality across the program. 

  • Assist with maintaining dashboards for Agile development metrics, reports, and graphs.
  • Assist with ensuring configuration changes are following the defined Agile process
  • Assist with development, testing, and sustainment processes and procedures and ensure the processes are consistent customer’s Configuration Management Plan and industry best practices
  • Implements cross program processes to measure and track the progress of the Agile implementation
  • Work along with QACM Manager to implement application availability metrics for all of the contract’s sustained systems and capabilities

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with AWS services
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile environment


  • Active TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for CI Poly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience and BS/BA Degree and/or equivalent years of experience and education
