GDIT is seeking a Systems Administrator that has experience with AWS Connect. As an AWS Connect Administrator/Developer, you will need to develop solutions that are highly innovative, and achieved through research and integration of best practices to:

  • Configure and manage an Amazon Connect Workflow.
  • Configure an Amazon Connect environment.
  • Manage Roles & Users.
  • Develop an IVR solution for AWS Connect using AWS Lambda & AWS Machine Learning (ML) services.


  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience - required.
  • Masters Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering – a plus.


  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of object-oriented design and implementation experience (Ruby, Java, Python, and/or C++), preferably on Linux.
  • Experience migrating to and implementing/administering an AWS Connect solution.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile environment including taking direction from Scrum Master.


  • Demonstrated experience developing IVR solution in AWS Connect.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in commercial/large scale system software development and delivery.
  • 5+ years of object-oriented design and implementation experience (Ruby, Java, Python, and/or C++), preferably on Linux.
  • 2+ years of experience Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design and problem solving.
