As an CSITO - Agent supporting the Customer, you will be trusted to work on innovative solutions that will transform and enhance the Enterprise IT environment to meet the growing global mission. In this role, a typical day will include: Provide in-depth Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and problem resolution for technology products and/or applications. Depending upon the area of assignment, work may include the following activities: technology or systems-related, centralized customer service center functions; developing and improving the processes of a centralized technology customer service center; interfacing daily with representatives from all elements of the Enterprise IT to resolve technical issues and outages; identifying, analyzing, and implementing process changes; developing performance measures for the Enterprise organization; soliciting and tracking customer satisfaction feedback; managing the transition of IT service and infrastructure initiatives; providing technical guidance and direction to component close support teams for all new and component specific applications and deployments. Provide Support to projects to include estimate development and processing, surveying, and desktop hardware installation involved in deploying hardware such as desktop/peripherals installation & replacement, workstations and KVM gear/cabling, telephones, commercial telephony distribution closet port and drop provisioning and management, desktop VTC, printers, servers, LAN closet switching, routing, and patch panel configuration, drops to offices and zone box aggregation points installation, horizontal backbone cabling. Field user support requests (incidents, questions, request entry support, etc. remotely over phone or chat channels. Resolve issues for users remotely when possible. Search for knowledge articles to find existing solutions to problems (KCS). Create knowledge articles to record solutions to new problems (KCS). Follow procedures for user interaction and escalation of issues. Perform DTO operations, if appropriately trained and certified. Performs CMA activities, if appropriately trained and certified.
