Our work depends on a Business Administrator joining our team to support NASA activities at NASA HQ in Washington D.C.

As a Business Administrator supporting NASA, you will perform a variety of non-routine administrative and analytical tasks, supporting a functional area within the organization or general business operations. Support activities include may include administration, facilities planning, financial planning, and logistics


  • Provide administrative, technical, and operational support for the phase-in/transition stage of contract
  • Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures

  • Gather and organize information about the problems to be solved or the procedures to be improved

  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies, and analyzes data and information from multiple sources

  • Develop solutions or alternative practices; recommends new systems, procedures, or organizational changes

  • Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports.

  • May prepare project schedules and statistical reports

  • May compile various contract, program, and financial data for use in the preparation of reports, such as monthly status reports

  • Monitors performance against requirements and plans

  • May participate in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and maintain financial database


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent experience, 2+ years of experience

The selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet requirements for access to classified information.
