Assists with designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining operating systems and operating system software.
Assists with installing enhancements and performing updates to software of existing systems, including middleware and application programs that run on the system.
Assists with troubleshooting problems and provide customer support for software systems and application issues.
Assists with debugging problems with system software. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Assists with maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly.
Assists with writing and updating test procedures and programs.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience
