Customer Services and Information Technology Officer

And our work depends on a Customer Service and Information Technology Officer joining our team to support Government activities at McLean, VA. At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Customer Service and Information Technology Officer directly supporting the customer, you will be trusted to provide both critical technical support in addressing complicated IT-related issues and delivering exceptional customer service. In this role a typical day will include:
Working as part of a motivated, high-performing team
Routing critical IT-related tickets that negatively impact the customer's mission to the appropriate close support team
Collaborating with teammates and government customers to identify process improvements
Troubleshooting basic IT-related issues, to include password reset.
Managing the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience.
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications: experience working in a technical environment; experience troubleshooting IT-related issues, specifically software; and experience with Active Directory

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
5+ years of related experience
