Modifies, moves, and installs a range of new equipment as related to Submarine Imaging Systems.
Troubleshoots a wide variety of hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues as related to Submarine Imaging Systems.
Performs a wide variety of integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems as related to Submarine Imaging Systems.
Prepares and presents a wide variety of incident/performance reports to the customer and to the service delivery manager as related to Submarine Imaging Systems.
Provides advice and a wide variety of complex onsite training for customer support personnel as related to Submarine Imaging Systems.
May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals as related to Submarine Imaging Systems.
Primary work location Naval Submarine Base Groton CT.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience or experience related to Submarine Imaging Systems.
