The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC’s IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC. Currently, we are seeking a EOC Engineer for the Washington, DC location. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements.
Required: Must have a minimum of 4 years of related experience providing support to an enterprise operation center, monitoring and managing enterprise systems and networks using advanced technologies and tools.
Duties: Performs day-to-day activities required to monitor systems for events or alerts.
Coordinates and manages the resolutions of events and alerts.
Monitors and identifies problem areas and coordinates resolutions.
Applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
Utilizes software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting systems.
