GDIT is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the U.S. Army Medical Research & Development Command (USAMRDC) Headquarters in the Resource Management (RM) Office.  USAMRDC manages and executes research the areas of military infectious diseases, combat casualty care, military operational medicine, chemical biological defense, and clinical and rehabilitative medicine. RM serves as the accounting headquarters for USAMRDC research laboratories worldwide.

Tasks include:

  • Create payroll WBSs for Resource Management (RM) Budget Analysts.
  • Work with USAMRDC Headquarters Government Purchase Cards (GPC) Cardholders and RM Budget Analysts to clean up the backlog of Undisbursed Obligations (UDO) on Headquarter (HQ) GPC charges greater than 60 days old. Develop and implement a process to keep UDOs on HQ GPC charges current.
  • Create and track FB60 invoices and backup to pay inventors/vendors Patents and Royalties and other Misc. Pay requests. Interface with DFAS and Patents and Royalties Office to fix payment issues caused by bad/missing vendor banking information.
  • Pull, analyze, and prepare for signature Daily RM SOF Report.
  • Research, validate, and complete the memo and SF1081s to clear Prior Year Sales Orders with Advance issues tied to Royalty Payments, to clear via DFAS.
  • Clear dormant and cancelling year MIPRs for HQ. Research, check PRs against GFEBS, MIPR documentation, and PR payment history from DCAS. Complete DD448-2 forms, find and work with the Accepting Government Entity's Point of Contact (POC) to sign the DD448-2s. Decrement the PRs to clear undisbursed obligations.
  • IBM
  • Work with Accounting team to pull back up and collates Audit Samples to be submitted to the Auditors when requested.
  • Work with Accounting team to go through all JRP line items and pull/ assemble backup as needed, to be submitted for quarterly reports for HQ.

  • Preferred:
