Audits new and existing information systems applications to ensure that appropriate controls exist, that processing is efficient and accurate, and that systems procedures are in compliance with Government standards. Supervises security engineering. Interfaces with Government stakeholders to understand their security needs and implements procedures to accommodate them. Responsible for all activities relating to security engineering procedures and systems. Develops information systems security programs and control guidelines. Confers with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures and resolving technical problems, priorities, and methods.
