1.    Provides Help Desk support and troubleshooting to enable point-to-point data sharing
2.    Assists as a front-line responder to intelligence professionals by triaging and resolving platform issues across the Global Army Enterprise
3.    Escalates issues to the next level of support when necessary
4.    Responsible for tracking, routing, and redirecting issues
5.    Actively monitors system health and audit logs in accordance with Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CIRT)
6.    Works with data users to determine, create and populate optimal data architectures and systems
7.    Participates in the design, implementation, and operation of data management systems for intelligence needs
8.    Recommends and designs how data will be stored, accessed, used, integrated, and managed by different data regimes and digital systems
9.    Participates in the selection of backend database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, HPC)
10.    Performs Additional Duties as assigned
11.    Participates in special projects as required 
12.    Work Schedule: Shift Work

•    Current TS / SCI, CI Polygraph eligibility
•    Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in support of or in an intelligence discipline or a High School diploma with 9 years’ experience in support of or in an intelligence discipline
•    Intermediate experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+
•    Security + Certification 

•    Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience in or in support of an intelligence discipline
