Familiar experience with Unified Messaging system (voicemail and email integration)
Familiar experience with Audio conference bridge systems
Familiar experience with Redsky or other E911 systems
Familiar experience with WebEx and other user collaboration systems
Familiar experience with voice circuits such as SIP trunks, PRI’s, ISDN BRI’s, etc.
Familiar with crypto technology for voice systems
Familiar with AD/DC, DNS and MS Exchange 2007 or 2010
Familiar with VMware
Experience with DOD, DISA STIG, and DIA VOIP security requirements. Should be able to mitigate the system to meet all security requirements
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in lieu of education
Required Cisco Voice certifications are plus
A minimum of 5 years experience in design, CONFIGURATION, and troubleshooting of enterprise VOIP systems.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation DHS EOD (Entry on Duty) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
