Job Description

QA (Quality Analysis) Manager
Doral, FL

Provide leadership and management to the quality assurance testing and analysis activities.

Ensure products/services meet quality and reliability requirements.

Lead regular meetings. Recruit, train, coach, supervise and evaluate quality analyst staff according to availabilities and requirements.


  • First-level manager responsible for managing the activities of supervisors and/or individual contributors who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
  • Manages the quality analysis process and provides leadership to supervisors to ensure the external and internal requirements are met before the products/services are delivered.
  • Manages the testing status and provides second-level management with regular updates.
  • Manages and mitigates issues with advanced solutions for minimal business impact.
  • Lead regular meetings to cultivate effective working relationships between cross-functional groups for the development of action plans to address quality issues.
  • Manages the quality assurance trainings and ensures trainings meet quality requirements.

Our work depends on a Quality Analysis Manager joining our team to design and develop a quality management systems at the programmatic level


  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent technical training and experience.
  • Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience implementing a variety of quality management systems/capabilities from established frameworks, some of which ISO 9001, CMMI, Six Sigma, etc...
  • Security Clearance Level: Secret or the ability to rapidly obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Critical thinking, problem solving, verbal and written communications; ability to lead and work within a team, ability to work independently.
  • Preferred Skills: Certifications and/or training with quality management systems.
  • Location: On Customer Site. (NOTE: Position requires person to work on site, therefore must be local to area or willing to self relocate. (This is NOT a Remote or Work from Home role))
  • US Security Clearance/Citizenship Required. Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is preferred (note in lieu of a current clearance, we are willing to sponsor clearance),
