HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams.
● Under minimum supervision, lead the planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of system updates to support customer satisfaction.
● Performs analysis of department and end user business needs, documentation of requirements, and translation of requirements into proper system specifications. Analyze business workflow and system needs for new features and enhancements. Document current workflow processes and collaborate with users in identifying, defining, and documenting process improvement options and alternatives.
● Collaborate with the team and our customer to ensure enterprise, organization and project goals are met.
● This position has the authority to make independent decisions on matters of significance, free from immediate direction, within the scope of their responsibilities.
● Analyze, compare, and evaluate various courses of action.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant health discipline
● Required Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary
● Required Technical Skills: Understanding business objective, analytical and critical thinking, decision making skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment.
● Security Clearance Level: n/a
● Required Skills and Abilities: outstanding verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
