As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Candidate is responsible for daily general administrative support to the two senior level employees, as well as serving as a backup for the PTSG EXO
Candidate will be working independently, serving as the primary POC for the office as well as responding to daily taskings in a dynamic work environment
Candidate is the customer facing representative of PTSG, and should exhibit a professional decorum in those interactions as well as demonstrate proficiency in verbal/written communications
Candidate will serve as a T&A timekeeper and Administrator when the management is not available
Limited, short notice travel to other buildings within the WMA via GOV or POV. Short term TDY might may be required at the direction of management
Must be cognitive of the criticality, sensitivity, and confidentiality of the issues they are made aware of during daily interactions and resolve conflicts with discretion, forethought and tactfulness
The Candidate will be responsible for answering the phone, handling any walk in traffic, and general queries by employees. Will ensure all communications with principals and customers is in a professional manner and courteous.
HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Core working hours are 0900-1500, Monday - Friday (Excluding federal government holidays)
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
This position is on customer site
