GDIT has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the IBD-SS program in support of the Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PM FPS). The successful candidate will perform analysis and provides status for project schedules for submission to IBD-SS and Government personnel. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in support of multiple IBD-SS projects
Develop and maintain project and program level Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to meet mission needs.
Maintain formal scheduling processes and templates to meet the demands of the program
Provide hands-on development of layered schedules and plans demonstrating how a program is progressing and will meet requirements and objective
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Project to plan and document program schedules
Provide probability of program success factors and metrics to support the program with an integrated view of program risks with enough detail and predictive power to enable early risk recognition, mitigation, and resolution
Make sure schedules are given to applicable parties in a timely fashion to allow time to allow time to resolved and reconcile differences and inaccuracies
Ensure that IBD-SS personnel involved in the production process has a clear understanding of what is required to meet the order and needs of customers
Must be able to work in a team environment cordially and effectively
Ability to be exhibit a high level of flexibility, multi-task and prioritize taskers
Must have the ability to work as a ‘link person’ or middle person amongst IBD-SS personnel and the customer as required
Excellent writing, organization, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high-quality environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively including attention to detail
Relevant and recent experience supporting multiple concurrent schedules within a defense contracting environment is desired
AA/AS with 3-5 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the degree. (6 total years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.)
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance
