Installation and Configuration: Act as an architect to ensure strong documentation and planning is coordinated within the team to maintain the Oracle Identity Management infrastructure in the Development, Stage, and Production environments. The OIM and Middleware infrastructure is composed of several products including OIM, OAM, OUD, WebLogic, SOA, Webgate, and SecureAuth.
Upgrades and Patching: Ensure the team and customer are aware of planning maintenance for applying routine Oracle patches through active communication and participation in a formal change-management system.
Migrations: Support developers in development-oriented activities.
Performance Tuning: Oversee and coordinate performance tuning and system resource optimization in all environments.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Document and follow standardized alerts, perform regular log analysis, monitor and maintain systems to identify any issues. Maintain metrics to show overall system health for maximized system uptime and ensure delivery of service level objectives. Oversee and maintain HA environment; verify backups and critical files. Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
Support: Work on customer support tickets and requests. Assist the project, development, security, and operations teams as required.
Troubleshooting: Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve application problems. Provide support for restoration of service and perform root cause analysis.
Documentation: Develop documentation for assigned projects including installation guides, troubleshooting guides, standard operating procedures, and run books.
Best Practices: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry and guide project teams to follow industry best practices.
10+ years of overall IT experience with specialization in Middleware and Identity Management.
Experience managing and leading technical teams, projects, and services.
A minimum of 5+ years of hands on installation, configuration, and administration experience in Oracle Identity Management (OIM, OAM, OID, OUD) and (WebLogic, SOA).
Knowledge of enterprise deployment strategies, high availability, and clustering.
Experience in configuring SSO with Oracle products and third party applications, AD to OUD synch, SSL.
Experience in scripting skills such as, but not limited to, UNIX shell/perl/python, Database SQL/PLSQL, PowerShell.
Strong understanding and experience with user provisioning, authentication, access management and de-provisioning.
Knowledge of Network, Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, DNS, SSL
Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Windows.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
Communications – Excellent written and oral English communication skills a good listener with a team player attitude, problem solving, negotiation, issue management, and mediation, and have good technical documentation skills are essential for this position.
Overall – Ability to work in fast paced environment being self-motivated, pleasantly aggressive and assertive, realistically ambitious with high personal ethics. The likely salary range for this position is $77,875 - $130,062, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
