Deputy Program Manager & Intelligence Analyst SME (Falcon)


  • Ten years of demonstrated Intelligence analysis or targeting experience, including expert knowledge of the Intelligence Community, intelligence operations, and the intelligence cycle.

  • Five years demonstrated experience in Terrorism Intelligence Analysis, Targeting, or Counterterrorism

  • Five years demonstrated experience managing and directing Intelligence professionals in various aspects within the intelligence cycle (e.g., monitoring, sorting, prioritization, and analysis of intelligence and operational message traffic).

  • Demonstrated experience preparing, reviewing, and meeting contract deliverable requirements

  • Possess ISSA/TS clearance, or be crossover eligible, at time of contract proposal


  • Demonstrated experience within the customer space or IC Counterterrorism mission

  • Demonstrated experience with customer or IC Counterterrorism Program procedures and guidelines

  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer cable and watchlisting system

  • PMP or DAWIA Certification
