  • Provide critical project support to the Sponsors office that enables the information systems security across the Sponsor community 
  • Provide tracking of projects and activities as assigned by leadership 
  • Support the development of all types of documents and reports by developing and updating graphics presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents 
  • Responsible for integrating the graphics and information generated from meetings and facilitation sessions, using automated tools, and research methods into final deliverable documents 
  • Review deliverables for grammar, flow, and completeness. Coordinate, support, facilitate and participate in program meetings and reviews to include: schedule meetings; develop meeting agendas; notify meeting attendees; schedule conference rooms, record and distribute meeting minutes; action items/issues; enter information into designated databases 
  • Manage/update project schedule(s) to ensure coordination and information flow occurs between all programs/project and CSI Senior Leadership 
  • Serve as Confluence Administrator and Jira Administrator and serve as POC to set up accesses for new team members 
  • Develop and maintain Sponsor website content to ensure accuracy, currency and relevance 
  • Review and document program plans and identify inconsistencies, ensure impacts are identified, understood, and communicated 
  • Document communications and briefings for various team capabilities 
  • Disseminate, coordinate, collect, aggregate Sponsor action items to ensure timely response  


  • Education: Bachelors (Computer engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline)
  • Required Experience: 5+ yrs
  • Required Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrated proficiency with office automation tools like the MS Office suite of tools, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Visio, and in using both MS Outlook to correspond and schedule meetings 
  • Demonstrated experience using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and HIVE
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience effectively communicating at all levels, including with senior management 
  • Demonstrated experience working independently on tasks without oversight or constant direction 
    Demonstrated experience multi-tasking and prioritizing assignments 
  • The successful candidate must be a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and effectively interact with Customer leadership 
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with technical understanding of or direct experience with the following: sponsors' IT infrastructure and Information Security fundamentals; collaborative tools and capabilities, such as wikis, blogs, especially as implemented in customer environment 
  • Focus on service quality, attention to detail and customer satisfaction 
  • Demonstrated Sponsor experience (i.e., knowledge of the OCS customer organization)
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active polygraph
