Advises less experienced personnel on data/media recoverability following a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.
Provides guidance to less experienced personal on hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
Strategically develops performance and security plan for computer systems that meet the needs of network users. Advises on complex matters and may lead the work of less experienced personnel.
Recognized subject matter expert in job area typically through advanced education and work experience. Establishes operational plans. Manage strategic projects that are large in scale with major impact. With influence from leadership, develop new standards, policies and procedures.
