GDIT has future opportunities for a variety of Technical and Non-Technical roles (see below) in Washington, DC for a large federal agency’s Enterprise Shared Services contract. ITSM / ITIL Certifications and Experience are highly desired for these roles.
This contract will provide support the agency’s rollout and governance of an Enterprise Shared Services program. Special attention will be placed on customer experience and building out the service portfolio. This program will involve extensive use of emerging technologies such as intelligent automation services and virtual agents integrated within GDIT’s ServiceNow service management platform.
