Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence, answering phones, filing, sorting, and distributing mail, in support of a member of the Executive Leadership Team or a senior customer executive
Author and or provide critical review of correspondence
Draft documents such as instructions spreadsheets presentations and reports
Build briefing packages and present information
Analyze metrics and provide summary to senior management
Administer databases and spreadsheets to include user accounts and accesses, creating reports and performing updates
May process purchasing requisitions, invoices for consultants and subcontractors, and travel and expense reports
Serves as a point of contact for office or group on issues related to accounting, human resources, purchasing, and other departments, as well as external contacts such as customers, vendors, and subcontractors
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
Confluence and MS Project are desired – similar tools/experience are acceptable
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: HS/GED, 8+ years of experience
