The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC's IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC.

We are currently seeking IT Auditor in Washington, D.C. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements.


  • Assists in documenting and managing artifacts in online SharePoint, CSAM or Archer security repositories
  • Provide support for GAO, OIG audits, A-123 assessment as needed
  • Provide technical support in the areas of vulnerability assessment, risk assessment, and security implementation..
  • Provide technical evaluations of customer systems and assists with making security improvements.
  • Provide ongoing subject matter expert support for clients.
  • Perform POA&M Management for GSS findings.
  • Delivered and interpret the results of the penetration tests, vulnerability scans, patch assessments using Qualys or Nessus.
  • Performed vulnerability and compliance scanning to aid client in assessing the vulnerability portfolio and its assets using Qualys, Guardium, DB Protect, Nessus, Imperva,  and SSL Scan.
  • Advanced troubleshooting including analyzing log & trace files, opening service requests, collecting documentation, working with Vendors, and driving problem resolution.


  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of related experience as an IT auditor performing vulnerability assessments and audit remediation. 
  • Must have experience using vulnerability scanners. 
  • Experience with documenting procedures
  • Deep knowledge of software deployment, versioning and release management processes
  • Experience working with and supporting software  production server environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
