This is an Emergency Essential Civilian (EEC) positions.

Provide Mission Command customers with courteous, professional, expert Training support.
Plan, coordinate, and advertise training opportunities for our customer including development of a comprehensive training plan and related training materials.
Work with SMEs and vendors to develop training content and the best methods for delivery of that content.
Conduct periodic reviews of Training Materials for accuracy and currency shall be accomplished when changes to systems, processes, or procedures require it.
Track participation by mode of training, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and report results to the Program Manager regularly.
Provides C4I customers with courteous, professional, expert on-site technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.
Provide software application and system training. Provide bilingual training on C4I software applications and systems, including Integrated C4I System Framework (ICSF), Agile Client, collaboration, and knowledge management.
Provide hardware equipment and system training. Provide bilingual training on C4I hardware equipment and systems, including UC, VTC, and network appliances such as switches and routers.
Develop, or update as applicable, training services courseware. Course development includes at least materials; classroom slides, videos, and CBTs; CBTs accompany each course in order to provide training to customers unable to classroom instruction. Classroom training material shall be furnished in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, and any open source video file format.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
Experience developing training content and methods for training (ie video, user guides, in person or online training, etc).
Experience creating training plans for a new rollout and ongoing operations.
Training Lead must have at least five (5) years of experience.
Must also possess a minimum of ITIL Foundation certification.
Native level speaking and writing in both English and Korean desired.
English Speaking required.
