Data Analysts collects data, such as graphical representation of key data metrics, performance  

    statistics, queued-level metrics listed by campaign and individual skills, detailed contact history,

    capturing stagnate ticket data, and providing relevant target measures based on the raw data  

    extracted from the designated database platform.

  

    Database Analyst Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+years of experience in supporting statistical data reporting
  • Knowledge of SharePoint 2016 or higher and Office 365 platforms
  • Knowledge of Access Database
  • Conduct market and industrial research to help companies make the right decisions
  • Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
  • Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
  • Structure large data sets to find usable information
  • Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
  • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
