Reviews daily status reports (DSRs) that are submitted for every technical ship visit
Provides corrections for DSRs
Reviews Remedy incidents worked by technicians to verify accuracy and provide corrective action
Performs ship visits to check installation work was done correctly and according to SOP
Provides corrective action for any technical work done onboard ships
Performs POA&M reviews for shipboard work
Provides recommendations for more efficiency in areas such as installations, upgrades, or break/fix efforts
Produces a monthly summary report to the technical leadership team
Progressive IT experience (7 years) including at least three (3) projects dealing with Navy like systems e.g. COMPOSE, ADNS, AR, ACG, SMIS Mini, VI, GCCS, CENTRIXs, etc.
At least one (1) project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
A minimum of a SECRET clearance and IAT Level II Certification is required for this position.
Minimum of one (1) year Management experience over complex IT projects. Experience (1 year) in managing large IT service contracts, including people of various job categories and skills and must have occurred in the last five (5) years.
Functional Responsibility: Supports a senior analyst with both technical and administrative tasks related to the project with direct responsibility for assuring the correctness of a product.
