  • Coordinate and run the monthly Knowledge Management Working Groups with staff and units throughout the organization.
  • Has experience with C2 systems management and operations with the ability to manage both C2 Systems and SharePoint Sites within the customer’s inventory and ensure they are in-line with organization SOPs and industry standards.
  • Perform Knowledge Management Training throughout the year to enable a better understanding of Knowledge Management throughout the organization.  This includes curriculum development that will be used for the training.
  • Perform knowledge gap analyses and create techniques to bridge gaps, recommend creating an organizational knowledge network and provide metrics for evaluating its effectiveness, and create and execute a unit KM plan.
  • Advises on integrating KM practices and procedures throughout the organization.
  • Monitor emerging KM trends for incorporation into unit operations.
  • Facilitate achieving greater knowledge creation and transfer across the organization.
  • Develop KM policies and procedures and ensure command-wide dissemination and compliance.
  • Develop effective techniques and procedures for organizing, applying, and transferring observations, insights, and lessons from after-action reviews into unit operations, standing operating procedures, and training.
  • Oversee the unit’s content management efforts.
  • Coordinate with the G6 to ensure that the unit’s technical network supports knowledge creation, organization, application, and transfer across the unit.
  • Attend, participate in, and furnish input to scheduled and unscheduled meetings, conferences, and briefings to provide effective communication and impart necessary information.
  • Attend all required meetings to discuss all matters associated with KM Requirements.
  • Ideally has an understanding of Air and Mission Defense operations.

Must possess a current, valid IAT II certification and a SharePoint Certification.
Experience with Command and Control systems is required.
Knowledge of Air and Missile Defense operations is desired.
Must be able to pass German TESA.

Bachelors Degree plus 8+ years of experience providing SharePoint systems administration and knowledge management support.
