Our work depends on Intelligence Analyst Expert joining our team to provide intelligence support to the U.S. CIAV team to assist our coalition partners improve interoperability and functional military planning via the CIAV assessment methodology.

You will succeed in the position by:

• Providing expert consulting and advisory expertise in organizational and vulnerability assessments, intelligence and threat analysis, and resolution of highly complex projects and problems in support of CIAV.
• Executing complex in-depth threat analysis to inform senior leadership and providing recommendations to respond to, mitigate and disrupt such threats.
• Applying expert knowledge of applicable theories, principles, practices, approaches, and techniques of research and analysis concepts.
• Providing project planning, execution support, analysis, and documentation for CIAV events and assessment activities.
• Compiling intelligence data for use in briefings to high-level government personnel.
• Coaching and reviewing the work of less-experienced professionals.
• Serving as a team or task leader when directed. (Not a people manager)
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
• Participating in special projects as required.
• Recognition as a subject matter expert in Intelligence.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
● Required Experience: 15+ years of experience
● Required Technical Skills: Specific and related responsible command and staff experience in the U.S. Military inclusive of the following (may be gained concurrently across several positions):

• Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved with intelligence support to military operations.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant intelligence technology and equipment.

● Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI
● Required Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated experience in the preparation and execution of detailed C2 and intelligence system analysis, including development and coordination of interim and final reports and presentation of analysis data.
• Demonstrated experience with Service and Joint C2, to include JTF, CCMD, and component level knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in coalition operations and overcoming the challenges of operating in a coalition environment.

● Preferred Skills:

● Travel will be required in support of the CIAV.
