Job Description

The selected candidate will develop a level of autonomy/authority/discretion over time working with the other auditor and team members. The work is primarily transactional in nature; most of the work is behind the scenes at the request of the system users and conducted via email. The selected candidate will interact with other contractors and staffers most likely up to and including Division management. Hours are flexible; core hours are between 0900 and 1500. No additional time above the 1860 cap is expected. Any travel would be between Sponsor buildings and/or the selected candidates corporate office for training; all travel would be completed using the selected candidates POV. The selected candidate should possess basic skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint. Basic skills with Sponsor systems are desired. Prior experience with Sponsor systems is preferred but not required. The selected candidate will receive OJT on these systems and others to complete assigned tasks. The selected candidate is also expected to complete all mandatory Sponsor training in a timely manner. The selected candidate will routinely review cable traffic and team email
daily to identify actions users have taken which need to be audited. They will research equipment through Sponsor resources and create/update as needed in the system. Candidate will track the audit status of the data via a SharePoint site and send audit reminder emails to the system users
describing necessary action(s) to be taken. They must identify data
inconsistencies and initiate procedures to correct Other duties may include data entry surge support.
