The AA will work in close collaboration with the customer staff and will interact in person and or via email with Talent Group stakeholders. The AA should work core hours of 9-3, but flexibility is available on a case-by-case basis. Travel is not required nor is heavy lifting. The AA will communicate with the staff and Talent Group personnel both verbally and in person. Knowledge of these systems/programs is desired: Outlook, Intermediate Skills with MS Word and MS PowerPoint and Basic Skills with MS Excel, Sponsor Access Request System, COGNOS, Sponsor Security Databases, Sponsor Electronic Document System, and Sponsor Action Tracking System. The Sponsor is willing to provide training on Sponsor specific systems that the AA may not have experience with. The AA prepares, tracks, and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual metrics (from existing templates) on program activities to include generating the monthly case production reports (with guidance/input from staff). The AA will research and provide content for metric briefings as required. In addition, the AA will create, attach, and process administrative documents for case processing. The AA will routinely ensures the management, staff, and stakeholders are aware of business workflow and process changes that might impact downstream processes to ensure efficiency and cooperation. The AA prepares and delivers case packages for team member interviews and case reviews. The AA will maintain extensive case filing and tracking systems for telints, case reviews and Review Board activities. The AA will conduct security and hiring database records searches that support team member case reviews and telints, and metrics for managers on a monthly and annual basis. This is roughly 150 searches per week but they can be completed quickly. The AA will continually review current administrative processes, noting internal and external drivers, to ensure efficient and effective support and processing are ensured.
