Provides material control for all ABAB systems hardware. Maintains configuration control for ABAD software, systems, networks, and infrastructure. Duties include assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Analyzes and coordinates organizational logistical functions.
Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. Supervises and performs item and monetary accounting and inventory stock control, financial planning, and funds control
Computes requirement, determines allowance, and researches and identifies supplies and equipment requirements
Performs operations involved in storage, inspection, identification, and receipt of property. Conducts inventories
Operates automated equipment, special purpose government vehicles, and materiel handling equipment.
Verifies and maintains records on incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare items for shipment
Maintains an hardware and software obsolescence program
Experience in DoD life cycle management and material control.
Requirements Level I:
Bachelors's degree in a related field and 3 years recent specialized experience; OR 8 years recent specialized experience; OR 10 years of recent specialized experience. Must have demonstrated practical experience in the area(s) of expertise required in the Task Order, Performance Work Statement.
Level II = Level I with 3 additional years’ experience
Level III = Level I with 5 additional years’ experience
