ETA Supervisor
Serves as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Enhanced Trusted Agent Supervisor for Headquarters, UNITED STATES SOUTHERN COMMAND (HQ U.S. SOUTHCOM) Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) and Alternate Smart Card Login (ASCL) privilege tokens.

HOW A SYSTEMS ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Support the creation and removal of Trusted Agents.
● Issue and execute certificate revocation end user certificates.
● Resolve customer issues related to PKI SIPR Tokens use and system configuration.
● Serve as the Liaison between U.S. SSOUTHCOM and NETCOM for the resolution of issues elevated to DOD. Assist in Trusted Agent (TA) and end user PKI training.
● Maintain and update required PKI Tokens issuance, revocation, and recover actions; Perform metric collection and reporting. Handle all email work queues for PKI token requests including processing CRI requests, validating user applications, working with the DoD Cloud Service Provider (CSP) system, and issuing physical PKI tokens. Manage the submission of applications and approvals of tokens including the use of the DISA CSP system, and provide oversight for expire tokens working all issues until closure.
● Create/publish metrics to Division Chief to include items such as tokens issued; tokens returned; tokens with expired certificates; average time to issue a token; and backlog management, etc.
