Our work depends on Information Technology Support Specialist’s joining our team to support Tier I operations for a large infrastructure effort in Annapolis Junction, MD.

 

The Information Technology Support Specialist’s duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering calls, chats and emails from customers

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external client

  • Provide timely updates and closure to client requests and issues

 

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with Poly

  • Must have and maintain 8570 Level I certification (A+, Security+ or similar)

  • Technical Support or Customer Service experience is required

  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: HS/GED, 1+ years of experience
