Creates, reviews, interprets, and modifies cybersecurity policy. Identifies and engages stakeholders at all levels and shepherds candidate policies from inception to publication, incorporating stakeholder input while adhering to policy authority and guidelines.

Participates in various internal and external policy and technical exchange meetings to stay abreast of cybersecurity initiatives across the community.

Researches intra-agency and external cybersecurity policy, authorities, and government issuances.

Supports customer efforts related to National Security Systems (NSS) policy.
Provides expert guidance and leadership to less-experienced team members.

May serve as a task or project leader. (Not a people manager)

Advises senior management on cybersecurity policy matters.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 15+ years of experience.

This position requires being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 18, 2022 or the start date, if after January 18. Individuals who work in or reside in Texas or Montana or work outside of the United States may be excluded from this requirement.
