On-Site lead, responsible for the performance of work at the Joint Base Lewis McChord Mission Training Complex.  Empowered with the appropriate corporate decision-making authority to effectively respond to Task Order requirements.  Leads a team to plan, design, execute and assess individual, leader, battle staff, and simulation-driven collective Mission Command (MC) training, technical, exercise, simulation, and organizational support for the MTC.  Responsibilities include regional scheduling, resource management coordination, training execution, property management, and logistics; recruitment and training/certification/continued education of the program workforce; and works collaboratively and in concert with the Government MTC Commander and their staff in direct support of the training and technical missions.

  • Leading a team of highly skilled trainers, planners and IT professionals.
  • Collaborating with the JBLM MTC leadership to provide innovative solutions to meet complex training requirements
  • Preparing to support commanders collective and individual training and rehearsals in preparation for their wartime mission.
  • Unit mission planning, rehearsals, and execution of training.
  • Linking live, virtual, and constructive (immersive) training environments and providing battlefield visualization.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Graduate of a Senior Staff College
  • 10 Years of supervisory experience
  • Background in Military training and training support
  • Background in training management
  • Full Understanding of the Mission Training Complex Capability Support (MTCCS) program.
  • Experience in operations and training requirements at division or higher level
  • Security clearance level = Secret
  • Preferred qualifications
    • Masters Degree
    • MTC leadership experience
    • Military experience in the INDOPACIFIC
