Contribute to system-level design and partitioning in order to optimize overall system performance and reliability;

Translate detailed design into computer software;

Test, debug, and refine computer software to produce the required product;

Prepare both program-level and user-level documentation with Government direction and/or approval

Enhance software to reduce operating times or improve efficiency; and

May provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.

Experience in networking protocols such as Transmission Control

Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and network-based communication protocols, including reverse-engineering of applications; and experience in the use of programming languages such as C, C++, C# and .NET Framework.

Minimum Education: BA/BS or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Information Systems; AND at least 5+ years of experience.

Required: Active Top Secret Clearance and must be able to pass CI Poly within first 30 days of employment.
