Responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining the FireEye platform and our customers in the field, end points and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a wide array of experience in IT and cybersecurity in an engineering environment.

Assist with the planning and implementation for FireEye and other endpoint security tools capabilities across the enterprise.
Managing software updates, upgrades, system maintenance, agent deployments, as well as coordinating with stakeholders and system owners.
Perform troubleshooting of FireEye infrastructure issues and perform fix actions.
Assist with daily tasks required to efficiently and effectively provide O&M of FireEye solution.
Assist in the development of Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Play Books to support FireEye operational environment.
Provide advanced security monitoring including event, alert, and incident evaluation and determination assistance on escalated issues.
Policy development, distribution and management.
Work closely with customers and end-users on improving FireEye operational status.
Provide technical direction to customer IT support staff.
To fit into our environment you must have these core skills:
Three (3) years of Experience with FireEye, or other endpoint security tools.
Three (3) years of experience as a systems or infrastructure engineer
Understanding of technical fundamentals with TCP/IP, DNS/HTTP/SMTP, OSI model, operating systems, web applications, databases, virtualization, and other core IT disciplines.
Active top secret security clearance.
Highly desired skills
Three (3) or more years of network or system experience in a large network or application engineering environment.
Three (3) years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering
