At GDIT, people are our differentiator. In this role, a typical day will include:
Responsible for complex tasks in multiple financial areas such as reporting, forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
Lead for generating internal-facing consolidated indirect rate & cost summaries & metrics reports
Provide support in the preparation of the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP)
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for submission to senior management
Analyze rate and budget vs. actual variances
Provide indirect expense and rate reporting to DCMA cost monitors
Ensure timely and accurate responses to requests from DCMA and DCAA
Must work well independently and as part of the finance and functional teams
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as CAS, FAR,DFAR, SOX, and other Government regulations
Communicate with all levels of management
Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests as required
Bachelor’s degree plus eight (8) years related experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables
Proficient in written and oral communications
Attention to detail as well as big picture view
Focus on critical path items
Capable of providing monthly reports with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
Experience with Oracle, Hyperion Planning, Smartview and OBIEE
Experience interfacing with the Government, including Contracting Officers, DCMA, or DCAA
Utilization of data visualization tools, such as Tableau
