At GDIT, people are our differentiator. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Responsible for complex tasks in multiple financial areas such as reporting, forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
  • Lead for generating internal-facing consolidated indirect rate & cost summaries & metrics reports
  • Provide support in the preparation of the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for submission to senior management
  • Analyze rate and budget vs. actual variances
  • Provide indirect expense and rate reporting to DCMA cost monitors
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to requests from DCMA and DCAA
  • Must work well independently and as part of the finance and functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as CAS, FAR,DFAR, SOX, and other Government regulations
  • Communicate with all levels of management
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests as required


  • Bachelor’s degree plus eight (8) years related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables
  • Proficient in written and oral communications
  • Attention to detail as well as big picture view
  • Focus on critical path items
  • Capable of providing monthly reports with a strong sense of urgency and ownership


  • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion Planning, Smartview and OBIEE
  • Experience interfacing with the Government, including Contracting Officers, DCMA, or DCAA
  • Utilization of data visualization tools, such as Tableau
