GDIT is seeking a Quality Management Program Lead to help support our Joint Service Provider Enterprise Transport Management - Next-Gen (JSP ETM - NG) program at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Due to the nature of work this role entails, telecommuting is not allowed and will require the employee to report full-time onsite. NOTE: This position is contingent upon funding.
The Quality Management Program Lead is responsible for establishing, executing, & maintaining a program wide Quality Management Program. The Quality Program Lead will work with the program technical writer to establish Quality Management Repository for all SOP’s, Work Instructions, and procedural documents. Additional duties include:
Develop procedures to ensure 100% annual validation of SOP’s and work instructions for validity.
Develop procedures to ensure 100% annual desk side audit of SOP’s and work instructions to ensure accuracy and efficacy.
Schedule with process owners a complete walk through of process documentation on an annual basis.
Work with technical writer and auditors to formalize document management and version control practices.
Oversee the process for ensuring necessary changes are annotated and updates to documentation are completed.
Ensures the updated documents are catalogued within Quality Management SOPS repository.
Report findings directly to Program Manager or Deputy Program manager.
May be required to brief Senior GDIT and Government leadership on Progress QMP adoption.
Generate QA Status Reports for bi-weekly and monthly government deliverable
Ensures compliance is followed throughout quality assurance process.
Active Secret clearance or higher
3-5 years in technical writing/graphic design
Solid communication skills - verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a stressful environment
Willing to report onsite as indicated above
