General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Project/Task Manager to do the following:
Must be able to support all project management activities
Exceptional oral and written communication, organizational, critical thinking and analysis
Expertise with Agile project management and waterfall methodologies
Ability to rapidly prioritize competing requirements
Meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions skills are essential.
Ability to communicate end user feedback to technical and design leads
Proven knowledge of industry standards and best practices
Expertise in technical leadership
Hands-on experience creating, building, reviewing project documentation including but not limited to project plans, schedules, kick-off and close out templates, technical architecture documentation, test plans, release documents.
Expertise in documentation, presentation tools, and project management tools required.
A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing a wide variety of technical and administrative projects, including experience in directing technical staff, team members and contractors.
Active Public Trust or Secret Clearance
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes
Government contracting experience
